Competition Days: Friday 6th November & Saturday 7th November 2026.

Entries: All entries must be completed online via Showday.

Rules & Regulations: Please ensure you read these carefully before entering.

Entry Fees: Marlborough A&P Association members can access discounted entry fees — please select the member option and ensure your membership is current. New memberships are also available.

Levies: Please make sure you select the correct levies when completing your entry.

Overnight Stays: Competitors are welcome to stay onsite overnight. A small fee applies to cover facilities, including showers.

Stables/Yards: A site plan will be provided in the week leading up to the Show.

Payment: All entries must be paid at the time of submission via Stripe.

Show Day Admission (Saturday 7th November): If you are not competing, tickets are required — Adults $15 | Children under 16 FREE. Tickets can be pre-purchased online.

Gate Access: Entry is via the Alabama Road gates only.

Prize Money: Prize money will be paid out in cash on the day.

Measuring Fees 2026/2027 Season 
New Measure (including card) - $40 per pony/horse
Adult Measure - $25 per pony/horse
Youngstock Measure - $15 per pony/horse
Life Measure - $100 per pony/horse

Replacement Cards only available via RAS Head Office - $76

Equestrian events at the A&P Show Marlborough

RAS has introduced a pre-registration form for a first ever measure Owners with a new horse or pony that has never had a RAS height Certificate issued can pre-register with the RAS Head Office and receive a height certificate from them before they go to a measuring stand.

All applicable information such as horse/pony name, sex, colour, birth year and classification will be populated on the form for presentation at the measuring stand where the measure can be recorded.
